Lesley, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for the EFT session. I have done it again on myself in the way that you showed me and I can honestly say that the emotion that was attached, has gone & that is huge progress!! 

To be able to look at my issue without emotion is a giant leap forward. It has allowed me to start to deal with the broader aspects which I could not tackle before, because of the emotional pain associated with it. Your empathy and approach were superb and you made me feel comfortable throughout. As you know I felt the effect almost immediately and started to cry, not through sadness but because I could feel a much needed release. I will be forever grateful for that, it has changed me and my outlook and therefore my life. I would recommend this to anyone and have in fact used it on my son to help with a habit.
